These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our restaurant, website, online ordering platforms, and related services.
Fog Antipasto Express operates as a Halal Italian restaurant located at Shop G35, G/F, Peninsula Centre, 67 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. We offer:
• Dine-in restaurant services
• Takeaway and delivery services through third-party platforms
• Online table reservations
• Catering services (subject to availability)
All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Reservation Policy:
• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances
• No-show or late cancellations (less than 4 hours notice) may result in restricted future booking privileges
• Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time
• Large group bookings (8+ guests) require advance notice and may require a deposit
We strive to accommodate all guests but cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements or table locations.
Payment Terms:
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods
• All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes
• Tips and gratuities are at the discretion of our guests
• For delivery orders placed through third-party platforms, their respective terms and conditions apply
Order Accuracy:
• Please review your order before finalizing. We are not responsible for errors in orders made by customers
• Special dietary requests should be communicated at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of allergens due to shared kitchen facilities
Fog Antipasto Express is committed to serving Halal-certified food in accordance with Islamic dietary laws. We take the following measures:
• All meat and poultry products are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers
• We maintain strict separation protocols in food preparation
• No alcohol is used in cooking or served in our restaurant
• Our staff is trained in Halal food handling procedures
While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee 100% contamination-free environment due to the nature of commercial kitchen operations. Customers with strict dietary requirements should inform our staff.
Food Allergen Information:
• Our menu may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish
• Detailed allergen information is available upon request
• Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
Liability:
• We are not liable for adverse reactions to foods consumed at our restaurant
• Customers with severe allergies dine at their own risk
• We recommend reviewing ingredient information before ordering
To maintain a pleasant dining environment for all guests, we require:
• Respectful behavior toward staff and other customers
• Appropriate attire (shirt and footwear required)
• Supervision of children by their guardians
• No smoking within the premises (as per Hong Kong law)
• Compliance with staff instructions regarding seating and service
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they:
• Display disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior
• Appear intoxicated or under the influence of substances
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Damage restaurant property
Dine-in Services:
• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge with at least 4 hours notice
• Deposits for large group bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation
Delivery & Takeaway:
• Once food preparation has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled
• Refunds for incorrect or unsatisfactory orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Contact us within 24 hours of your order for refund requests
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days
All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials, including but not limited to:
• Restaurant name, logo, and branding
• Photographs and images
• Menu designs and recipes
• Written content and descriptions

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises
• We are not liable for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Third-party services include but are not limited to: Foodpanda, Keeta, OpenRice, and payment gateway providers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or display at our restaurant.
Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
